1. Definitions & Interpretation

5. Bonuses & Promotions

New players on kv88 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be used once per user.
• If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• kv88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be automatically cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, the odds for the related bet may be settled at 1.0.

6.3 Live Casino

When participating in live games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers, the rules of the respective provider will also apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kv88. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

8. Account Closure & Suspension

In cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or security concerns, kv88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account at any time, contact kv88 support. Before closing, any pending bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

• Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
• Legitimate cash balances may be withdrawn.
• A self-exclusion option is available under responsible gaming.

9. Limitation of Liability

kv88 is not liable for the following:

• Any loss resulting from your internet disconnection or technical issues on your end.
